In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Made to order items ship within the time specified in the listing. Orders are shipped domestically via Canada Post or FedEx.

Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or held in customs overseas. Before placing your order, make sure what you are ordering is allowed to be shipped into your country of residence.
All items are final sale. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item we will gladly send a replacement or facilitate a refund. If the item was damaged in transit, please save all packing material and take photographs so that a claim can be made with the carrier.
All returns REQUIRE a Return Authorization. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the return package. Please package your return securely and ship via a carrier with insurance and tracking. We will not be held responsible for damaged/missing packages shipped back to us. Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the package and issue a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
